How does Pre Order work?
Pre Order allows you to register your order before the collection officially becomes available. This means we can reserve the product specifically for you, and guarantees you will benefit from all exclusive Early Bird advantages! Once the launch date arrives, your payment will be processed, and your order will be shipped.
When will I receive the first package?
You will receive the first package 19 to 26 business days after your payment has been processed. Each monthly package thereafter will be dispatched once your monthly subscription payment has been processed.
Your subscription gifts will be delivered throughout the duration of your subscription in separate packages, rather than all at once. In the event of any gift being out of stock, or due to any circumstance beyond the control of the publisher, it will be replaced by another of equal or greater value.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
You can cancel your subscription anytime you want. However, we would advise that you provide us with 28 days notice of cancellation, otherwise your next package/s may already be on their way to you and we will be unable to prevent the delivery.
